Located just north of the world famous Fountainbleau Miami Beach, this condo has a beautiful view to the ocean and is centrally located on Collins Ave. The condo has easy access to the beach or boardwalk, just take your beach chair and umbrella and favorite book or take a bath in the warm crystal clear waters of the atlantic ocean. The space This condo has everything could want to enjoy while on Miami Beach. You can hang out on the beach all day or take strolls or jog, exercise or visit hotels along the boardwalk which stretches from North to South along the beach. You can hop on an uber or taxi at night and go to the best restaurants, clubs, or shopping which are all close by. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, it comes fully equipped for cooking with both a dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. Guest access Guests will be able to use all amenities provided at the building including access to the pool, gym, beach area, bbq area, etc. Other things to note The building has laundry rooms on every floor, they operate by using a card, the card can be purchased on the mezzanine level. If the tenant wishes to bring any guests to the building, the guests must be registered. We only provide two fobs to be used for building access, they must be returned prior to departure, tenant is responsible for any loss, they cost $65 to replace.
