Nice brand new studio of 37 m2, spacious. The space Apartment with a private entrance on the ground floor. Single glass entrance door. Large 37 m2 studio with a double bed and a sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) Please note that some people with asthma or who are sensitive to moisture may not feel comfortable there (smell of moisture??)!⚠️🤭 Other things to note ‼️The apartment works with a lift pump.⛔ Be careful not to FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilet, including tampons, sanitary napkins, or anything else!! This would severely damage the pump! ⚠️Please note, linens and towels are not provided! I can exceptionally provide them for €5 per person. Housekeeping is not included. You must empty the garbage cans, sweep and vacuum and clean the toilet and bathroom... unless you prefer to take the €30 CLEANING PACKAGE which is mandatory from 5 nights spent!! 🧹
