The space Our Graduate Apt combines modern comfort with downtown vibrancy. The living room, with its convertible queen sofa and smart TV (you can stream from your own accounts) is perfect for relaxation. The bedroom offers tranquil rest with plush bedding and serene decor. Fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry add convenience to your stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and uninterrupted experience. Other things to note As for parking... there is metered street parking. Using The Passport Parking App comes in handy. Also, just down the street is a covered parking structure that's $3.50 a day/night on Lake Ave and 3rd Street. They also offer monthly passes. Cameras: There are no cameras or audio devices inside the dwelling unit. There are security cameras at the front door, just inside the stairwell, and at the top of the stairwell, facing the hallway. These are common areas only. Consumables: The home is stocked with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent,dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and trash bags. Basic cleaning supplies are available under the sink. Guests will be responsible for their own paper goods, toiletries, detergents, etc, beyond what is provided.
