Located in Stralsund's old town, between the town hall and the harbor, you will stay in Stralsund's oldest warehouse, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, in a lovingly and creatively renovated 30 sqm 2-person studio apartment in a nostalgic, urban ambience. In addition to the queen-size double bed, the couch can be prepared as an additional 3rd sleeping space on request. The space The non-smoking apartment is furnished with a 180 m wide double bed. The cozy couch also offers a place to sleep. There is a small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Also a dining area, a couch, a cozy sleeping alcove, and a beautifully designed bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also a small standing balcony behind the large loading hatches of the warehouse in the walls of the former city wall. - Bed covers and towels can be rented on site for a fee of €5. You don't have to register this beforehand. You can also bring your own bedding and towels. The exact dimensions of the beds will be communicated to you. (Dish towels and dish sponges are always available) If you would like to use our baby travel bed, please register in advance and bring a bed sheet 60 cm x 120 cm and a baby sleeping bag or blanket yourself. Parking is available on our street (day ticket €4) or, for example, in the public "Parkhaus am Hafen" opposite. This apartment is reached via a staircase and is located on the first floor. Other things to note Tall people beware! ······· As this is a former warehouse, there are massive load-bearing beams on all floors. In the 2-bedroom apartment, the beams are partly only 185 cm high. The entrance is also unusually low.
