Red Cliffs

We're back! After significant damage from the 2022 floods, our property is finally full repaired and better than new! Red Cliffs is river front on the Murray River with stunning cliffs on the other side. A great property suitable for large families or a group of friends looking for a relaxing and fun filled getaway with Water-sports right at your door step along with the ongoing absolute serenity of waking up to stunning views and the sound of birds flying amongst the wilderness. The space The 7 bedroom house can comfortable sleep up to 16 adults and children. All rooms have split system air conditioners to keep the rooms comfortable in summer or winter. All beds have quilts and pillows, however please note we are not able to provide linen due to unavailability of local cleaning services. Guest need to bring own sheets, quilt covers and towels, etc. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with basic staples and an outdoor BBQ on the patio overlooking the river. Plenty of entertainment with upstairs and downstairs living spaces, TVs in both with pool table, foosball, Wii games and dart board downstairs. We also have 2 Kayaks available for guest use and some lifejackets for younger kids. The house water is filtered river water, suitable for showers, washing up, etc. We also have a rainwater tap in the kitchen for drinking. Instantaneous gas hot water with temperature control, so nice hot showers with no danger of running out of hot water. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and backyard back onto the river with a walk in ramp and boat mooring points. There are no fences at the rear of the property between the neighbouring houses, however please respect the boundary and stay within our backyard and riverfront. The neighbouring pontoons and jetty's are not part of the property. There is also clothes line which belongs to the property which is there for you to use. Other things to note Please note that we are unable to supply linen for the beds (photos are just for reference). If you do need linen for specific sized beds (eg. the king sized) please let us know and we may be able to provide at additional cost.
