Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined street of a historic Atlanta neighborhood, my home is the perfect urban getaway. You will love all the space, comfort, huge backyard and the proximity to everything ATL has to offer! Great for business travelers and families! Short walk to Emory (0.5mi) and the CDC (1.3mi). The space My home is in a quiet street. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There are multiple living and dining areas in the home. Each room has a flat screen TV - all with Smart technology. The third bedroom has a large desk with a printer. The couch can be used as bed with a mattress pad. The house has a washer/dryer in the garage which is just down the steps from the kitchen. This washer/dryer is only for your use. This is a great place to stay for families. We can provide a pack and play but do ask us when booking so we can organize for it to be at the house. The kitchen is spacious with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. You will love the 3 beautiful indoor living areas with tons of seating. And you will be sure to enjoy lounging on the patio overlooking your own personal massive backyard. You will be able to park your cars in the attached garage and driveway, as well as park any additional cars on the street. Be sure to keep reading to find the secret phrase! Guest access Guests will have the entire main floor and the expansive upper patio to themselves. The backyard is occasionally used by the tenants below. You will also be able to use the garage to park a vehicle as well as the driveway. If you park in the driveway, do not block the sidewalk. The driveway is steep and head down to the basement garage. Other things to note There is a another Airbnb in the basement. It is a completely separate space, so you will not encounter them. If their grocery delivery or packages arrive to your front porch, please do not bring them inside. This home is not a good fit for people that have children or pets that run inside due to the tenants below. After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address. Pet fees apply. Keep in mind that since this is a pet-friendly home, it is not suitable for guests with animal allergies. The car is a 1-car garage and the driveway is steep to go down to the garage. No parties and no smoking. Our check-out instructions include collecting trash from around the house and taking it out. We may ask you to take the outside trash can to the curb on Sunday nights. Strip the sheets or leave the beds unmade. You'll really enjoy the backyard. Music should be kept at a level that cannot be heard by the neighbors. Keep music off after 10pm for the neighbor's sake! Nearby construction can sometimes stir up the Georgia clay into the water making it a red orange tint. This is my home that I live in when it isn't rented, so please take care of it! Please respect my home and my neighbors. Try to keep it the same way you found it! This is a historic home which may have a different smell than a modern, new home. The ice maker in fridge doesn’t work. We do supply ice cube trays to make your own ice. Congratulations! “No parking on the house side of the street” is the secret phrase. Please park on the opposite site of the street while utilizing street parking. You may park in the driveway as well.
