Oh, and the fishing is fantastic! This rental includes the ENTIRE LOWER LEVEL of our waterfront home, and can sleep 6 adults! Please note that this is attached to our private residence but you have a completely separate entryway and 100% privacy! The space This spacious LOWER LEVEL includes brand new flooring with a kitchenette (fully equipped with a built-in sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, griddle, hot plate with plenty of pots and pans, and a coffee maker), a pool table, 60" televisions, 2 fire places, beautiful views of Lake Hartwell, endless fun on the boat dock, outside eating area, fire pit, and priceless memories with your loved ones! We have high-speed internet and cable TV available for all of our guests. This private waterfront getaway is 14 miles (20 min) from Clemson, 28 miles (30 min) from Greenville, and 11 miles (15 min) from Portman Marina! Guest access The entire lower level which includes a common area, kitchenette, large full bathroom, and 2 private bedrooms. Guests will also be able to access the entire backyard leading to the lake, and ultimately the dock for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Other things to note There is a public park with a beach and park amenities directly across from the home.
