Studio at the Lake

A Studio space within a short hike to the Blue Lake. The space Studio room with ensuite and your own private entryway.Situated on the ground level of our home on a quiet culdesac..Parking at front of house or the back.Five minute drive to the main shopping area with eateries and laundromat.The Blue Lake is a couple of minutes hike away. The Studio has a leather couch with a 42cm tv including a chrome cast.There is a bench to sit at to eat or work with bar stools.We have included a small multifunction oven,toaster plus a microwave but note there are NO HOT PLATES. There are dishes,tea,coffee supplied. We also have a single fold up bed for an extra cost. The Lake is within walking distance and there is a challenging Park Run on a Saturday morning around part of the lake. Shopping for groceries is a few minutes drive away . Please message for available dates. No cleaning fee has been added to this listing. Other things to note We are close to our neighbours so ask that you please enter and leave the accomodation quietly.We do not accomodate dogs. Accomodation not to be used for appointments.
