Stone studio in the heart of Entre Deux Mers

In the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers, the studio is located in Romagne, on a former wine estate, in a quiet and warm place. 19 km from St Emilion and 39 km from Bordeaux, you can discover the vineyard and Aquitanian heritage (castles, bastides, abbeys, medieval cities, Romanesque churches...) or come and rest. Accessible by bike path, many activities are nearby (sports activities, markets, restaurants...). The space Charming stone studio, high ceiling, equipped with a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee makers (filter and TASSIMO). The front terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors where nature and animals coexist. There is no gas stove or hotplates in the rented room but a gas stove, in an external annex room, is at your disposal (additional photos on request as access is via steps and a small 136 cm x 70 cm door). The studio is on an unfenced property with pets (chickens, sheep, cats) and vineyards nearby. The accommodation is equipped with disabled access and wide doors. Weekly or monthly rentals are possible (vacations, business trips, etc.). Pets: 2 maximum accepted, to be specified when booking. Pets may not be left alone in the accommodation. Dishes must be done before checkout. Pets should NEVER be left alone in the accommodation, nor should they climb on the beds.
