The Annexe with hot tub & private courtyard

The Annexe is a self contained studio decorated to a high standard attached to the main house. We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty located at the end of a bridleway/track on the foot of the North Downs in Kent, ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing break. It has its own entrance and private courtyard with a hot tub. We can accommodate two adults and a child (additional charge for 3rd person) The space The studio has a king size bed, ensuite shower room & small kitchenette. We provide toiletries, hairdryer, and a couple of towelling robes with matching slippers, just so you’ll feel pampered! TV & Wifi. Tea, coffee are provided foc. There is a toaster, microwave and fridge. We can also provide a travel cot or single put you up bed at an additional charge. For stays of 2 days or more please contact me via Airbnb, as a discount may be available. Guest access Guest will be able to access the studio via their own private entrance.
