A little design to car parking with parking lights facilitates an evening chat.. Plz be informed that Levinge Homestead is in VGP layout which is about 9km from Kodaikanal lake along the Pallangi Main Road. There's a 150ft mud road to the property. It is suitable only for those who like a quite time with lavish mountain views away from the hustle of main town. And for those who want to work at peace :-) Other things to note The property is in VGP layout. The layout entrance opens to the the Tar Road - Pallangi Road. Levinge homestead is about 150m from the entrance of the layout. There's a mud road from the tar road entrance to Levinge. It's a motorable road. During rainy days, it gets tricky to take the vehicle to the property. On such days, you can park the vehicle inside the layout along the first step. It's a private layout and gated community and is perfectly safe. Levinge Homestead is 1km before pallangi in Anbu Nagar. It's a 15-20 min - ride from Kodaikanal Lake. It's a calm neighbourhood and views are simply worth it.
