The house is located at the top of a farm lot, opening up to expansive views and cool winds. Enjoy this 2-BR with Loft/4-Bath urban farmhouse with infinity pool. The pool is HEATED once per day to a pleasant 29-30 degrees and will last for several hours. During Nov. to Feb., the heated pool temp might plunge to 24-26 degrees. Please bring jackets and enjoy the cold climate during this season. Base rate is good for the 1st 8 pax, with Php1000/pax thereafter up to the 18th pax. We are pet-friendly (2 pets MAX), with a pet fee of 500/pet. Keep them leashed, as some areas are only bound by barbed wire. Inform me of the correct headcount for all our human and pet guests. The 2 bedrooms have air-conditioning. The loft and common spaces are well-ventilated and pleasantly cool, with electric fans available. Wifi (Converge AND PLDT Fibr) and Netflix are available. Note that internet and power disruption is BEYOND our control. 4 Bathrooms • Inside the house there are 3 full bathrooms. There is a 4th bathroom outside, near the pool. Kitchen • Free use of kitchen utensils and equipment (pots and pans, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, cooktop, oven, outdoor griller, coffee maker, dinnerware). Brewed coffee is on the house. For cooking, bring your own condiments and ingredients. Restaurants are within walking distance, and our staff can pick up your food orders. Parking • Up to 6 cars may park inside. We have two caretakers who live within the property, and will give you your privacy unless called. They will prepare your evening bonfire BEFORE 9pm and set up the living room beds. Being in the mountains, please expect insects, bugs, and critters, and farm animals around. This is part of being close to nature. Don't forget to pack insect repellant! This is a non-smoking house. Please smoke outside, and dispose of cigarette butts accordingly. Guest access Only registered guests will be able to access the entire house, as well as explore the 5,000+ sq.m. property. When exploring, wear closed shoes with proper traction as there will be areas with steep downhill and uphill paths. Other things to note 1. Base price is good for the 1st 8 pax. On the 9th pax and onwards, there is an extra-person charge of Php1000 each. For pets, there is a fee of Php500/pet for a max of 2 pets only. 2. The loft is safe, but has low headroom. So please watch your head as you ascend the spiral stairs! 3. There is potential for noise as we have neighbors close by. Although by 10pm, everybody observes quiet time. If the noise bothers you, our staff can ask our neighbors to lower the volume, but please understand this is beyond our control. 4. QUIET TIME is at 10PM. No night parties, no loud laughter, music, and games beyond this time. If you need to be noisy, please choose a listing with no noise restrictions beyond 10pm. 5. Late checkout will have an additional charge of Php 1,000/hr or every fraction thereof (I.e. 15min.)
