Home in Woodmancote

The property is a detached house in a very quiet location at the foot of the Cotswold hills, and only a short drive from Cheltenham with its shops and racecourse. Parking is usually available on the drive, and guests may access the garden, patio etc. during their stay. The kitchen is available for warming food, and the dining room to eat. A self service basic continental breakfast (cereal, bread / toast & fruit juice) is provided. Tea, coffee and squash are available throughout your stay. The space The room is a large and light twin room with wardrobes, armchair, desk and TV, and views over the rear garden. Guest access Aside from their room and the bathroom, guests have access to the kitchen and dining room, and the rear patio & garden. During your stay I will be around most of the time, and will normally be available at short notice to resolve any issues. Other things to note Aside from a newsagent, the nearest shops are in Bishops Cleeve, a few minutes' drive away, but about 15 minutes' walk if you're on foot. Please note that the bathroom is used only by guests, but is shared between both of my guest rooms. Depending on the occupancy of the other room, you therefore may, or may not have sole use of the bathroom.
