The beautiful 100 m2 + apartment has been modernized in Scandinavian style, with authentic Tuscan arched ceilings. It is located on the piazza, om the second floor of a town house from the 18th century. It contains two large bedrooms with double beds, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and two terraces facing south. The main terrace has a dining area for 6-8 people and a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills and the old town of Montecatini Val di Cecina, which dates back to the 12th century. The space The apartment has modern eco-cement floors in combination with white marble and old, handmade brick floors. 300 year old brick ceilings (up to 3 m 90 cm high) creates a fantastic atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities and there is a barbeque (Weber gas) for outdoor use on the kitchen terrasse. If we are in our appartament we share the barbecue. The two large bedrooms (one with a private bathroom) have comfortable double beds and more than enough space for extra beds. There are two extra beds, a baby bed and baby travel-bed present. There is also a sofa bed (double bed) in the living room. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourselves. Other things to note Since the apartment is located in the middle of the village, on the piazza, there will be possible noice from children playing on the piazza, and people having a glass of wine.
