To that effect, we provide: - Heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There is 1 bedroom on the second floor. - Heater, Wi-Fi, TV, electric kettle, attached bathroom, personal living area and an attached balcony with a valley view is offered in the room. - The room has a king-sized bed. BATHROOMS - There is 1 attached bathroom. - It has a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the first floor. It can seat up to 6 people. - It is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and a heater. - The dining area is a part of the living room and it offers comfortable seating for up to 10 people. - There are 3 beautiful lawns, each can at least seat up to 12 people. - Guests enjoy a relaxing soak in the open-to-air jacuzzi that can seat 4 people. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - Crockery and cutlery can be provided upon request. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to their room and common areas, except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. During your stay The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can carry and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace the beauty around or engage in various outdoor games like badminton. They can relish a scrumptious barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADDITIONAL COSTS - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour, including raw materials. - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 800, per person. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. - Cook is available at an additional cost. - The jacuzzi can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 for a duration of 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas. - There is no power backup offered at the property. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - There is an indoor fireplace in all the rooms, however guests cannot use them. - Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well.
