If you chose to rent the apartment as a one bedroom, its just perfect for a couple; we simply lock off the second bedroom. This secure apartment offers you the perfect place to relax, whether it be after a day at the beach, sightseeing, shopping, or even work!!! The beach nearby is the most popular in Melbourne for kite surfing (West Beach) – lessons available on the beach if you are keen to try. The Apartment: Art Deco, modern and very spacious. The buildings high ceilings, give the apartment an extra roomy feel to it. Our one bedroom option will comfortably accommodate 2 people and comprises of: -Separate and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and oven, and modern appliances -Built in laundry area off the kitchen, which includes a washing machine and dryer. -Separate Dining room -Lounge room -Ducted central heating in all rooms -Air conditioning in both the living area, and bedroom. -1 x bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, air conditioner and television -1 x Bathroom with shower over bathtub and toilet *Off street parking available - we have a single lock up garage available for your use if required. This accommodates a small/ medium car. Dimensions of garage: Length: 4500mm Width: 3020mm We also have a bike and helmet you are more than welcome to use during your stay. Extras included: Wireless Internet (cable), Ipad, Telstra T-Box and Sony PS3. All linen provided and an extra change of sheets and towels can be arranged if requested. ** GRAND PRIX period- less that 1km from the gates!! We are happy to provide a comfortable blow up mattress 'Eurobed' and extra linen to allow for additional guests during this period. This will comfortably fit in the living area of the apartment and has worked well for groups staying in previous years. Please feel free to get in touch with any other queries for bookings during this time. Guest access Make yourself at home - you will have use of the entire apartment and all amenities. Please just let us know if you require use of our garage as an off street parking option - this can easily be arranged. MELBOURNE F1 Grand Prix: During the Grand Prix we have a local access permit available to enable our guests car to access and park in the local area of the event. Other things to note * Can easily walk to Armstrong Street (Middle Park) or Fitzroy St (St kilda) * Easy access to Albert Park Lake * Less than 1km to Gate 1 of the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix. * Can be rented as a two bedroom apartment - please feel free to contact us if this is your preferred option.
