A part time Bed and Breakfast hosted by HelmsBnB, there are 6 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom (+ queen pullout sofa in the living room), so everyone in your group can spread out and have your own space! First floor: - Large, fully stocked kitchen with 8 burner stove and stainless steel appliances - Dining room with large, custom farmhouse table and 10+ chairs - Buffet room with coffee bar (Keurig, drip coffee pot, and tea kettle provided) - Double living room with smart TV, board games, two couches (one is a queen pull out) and four oversized chairs. The living room has incredible views out the 9 foot french doors that give you direct access to the backyard and riverfront yard - Half bath - Laundry room Second floor: - Two king bedrooms - Two queen bedrooms - Four ensuite full bathrooms with stand up showers Third floor: - One king bedroom with twin day bed - One queen bedroom - Two ensuite full bathrooms with stand up showers Outside: - Deck with hot tub and gas grill -Outdoor seating so take you can relax and soak up the picturesque views - 2 fire pits (one is seasonal) - 2+ acres of river front yard - Large barn for ski storage and complimentary firewood Private river access allows for swimming, tubing, kayaking and fishing, right from the backyard! The river varies in depth depending on rainfall, but we can direct you to deeper parts for swimming and more shallow parts for wading. The large barn can be used for ski storage - we're only 10 minutes from the Killington Mountain Skyeship! The house is also on the Killington Snowmobile route. Prefer to stay in and enjoy the snow from the warmth? Relax in the spacious living room and cozy up with plenty of games and entertainment. Conveniently located under 10 minutes from historic downtown Woodstock and 15 minutes from the slopes of Killington, the Woodbridge Inn is the perfect home base for all your adventures. The infamous Long Trail Brewery and Ramunto's Brick and Brew are our close neighbors. Whether you're hitting the slopes in the winter, exploring scenic hiking trails and tubing on the river in the summer, or enjoying the vibrant foliage in the fall, you’ll have a comfortable place to come home to and relax at the end of the day. No parties or events allowed. We work with a number of private chefs in the area that can come in for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner during your stay. Reach out for more details! Guest access The entire main home is yours with the exception of one locked storage closet. We have an owners unit attached to the back of the house, with a private entrance away from the main door. It remains locked and we do not use this unit during your stay. While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays. Other things to note We work with local personal chefs that can arrange a meal during your stay that we'd be happy to connect you with (not included) - previous guests have loved being able to have dinner in and not worry about cooking! We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are located at both entrances and in the parking area. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
