Charming Unique 2 Bdrm Apartment in Victorian Home

My place is close to the excitement and culture of the beautiful city of Chicago. It is a short walk to Metra trains with a 25 minute ride downtown. You’ll love my place because of the diverse, comfortable, quiet, tree lined neighborhood where you can relax and feel secure. It is close to expressways, golf courses and a local park with walking path. The apartment is not available to guests without previous positive reviews. The space This home was built in 1873 as a single family home but was converted to a two flat in about the 1940's. It has been updated and modernized but there are original wood details throughout the space. Guest access You will be occupying a private apartment on the second floor of our home. We have electronic locks so that you can check in any time after 3:00 pm. You must be able to climb a flight of stairs to the second floor. Other things to note There is a school across the street from the building. On most days there is ample parking after 3:00 pm. There is never a time when you won't find parking within a house or two.
