The space Through an ornate wrought-iron door, you enter the house. To the left, a staircase leads up to the upper level, which you access through a beautiful antique wooden door, immediately entering a large, high, and very bright room with a gallery. In front of the floor-to-ceiling windows on the right is an extraordinary wooden table – made from beams removed during the renovation – with six comfortable wicker chairs. Behind it extends a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave. The living-dining area is completed with a cozy seating group; from here, you can watch a 50-inch flat-screen satellite TV, cleverly integrated into the wall so it can be hidden if desired.
