A comfortable 3 bedroom home in the Musgrave area close to the center of Durban near the Botanic Gardens and Greyville horse racing track, set in a small quiet garden. The lounge and en suite master bedroom lead onto a shady veranda, deck and courtyard. The space A fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, convection oven, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, coffee percolator, fridge/freezer and washing machine. No dryer but washing line is available. Cutlery, crockery and kitchen implements are provided. A study with full size work desk is available for getting some work done. Two undercover parking bays are available inside the property with remote controlled gate for guests. A flatscreen TV with Netflix, YouTube, & Google Play capability is available in the living room. Play & DSTV requires your own account, Netflix is provided. No public broadcast TV service available. The master bedroom and living room have air conditioning and fans are provided in some of the rooms. There is a shower and toilet in the main bedroom and a bathtub and toilet for the other rooms. Guest access The entire house, verandah, courtyard and deck as well as 2 covered parking bays are exclusive to guests, the common garden area, pool and gazebo are shared with Brett the host and Ruth who live in an adjacent house.
