Prepared for rest, as it is in a natural setting with fantastic views of the tail of the Canales swamp and the Sierra Nevada. You can be in Sierra Nevada or Granada in 20 or 25 minutes. The space It is a two-story single-family home with exceptional views of the Genil River Valley, with the Sierra Nevada in the background, located in the small town of Güejar Sierra with very welcoming people. Guest access The house is fully available for the guest. We have also adapted to all the health regulations concerning Covid-19, also disinfecting all the rooms with dry steam at 180º, every time a guest leaves, leaving everything in perfect condition, with our Polti Steam Cleaner. Other things to note We have a Folding Travel Cot/Playpen (120x60 cm). Its availability is subject to request, and the price is €10/stay. Payment will be made either in cash upon arrival, by transfer or by other electronic means, as it is not included in the price of the accommodation reservation. We also have a splendid barbecue on the terrace and fireplace in the living room, both are at your disposal to enjoy and use. The rental of the accommodation does not include firewood or charcoal. IMPORTANT NOTICE ELECTRICAL USE TIPS Just keep in mind that due to the contracted electrical capacity, not all radiators and appliances can be turned on at the same time, so you have to optimize their ignition depending on the area of the house that you want to heat and the electrical appliances that you are using at that time. The house is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, electric radiators in all rooms, air conditioning with a heat pump and small appliances. All appliances run on electricity. When a guest arrives, we always try to make sure the house is at a suitable temperature. The electrical contracting is enough to keep three or four (depending on power) large appliances on at the same time, so we recommend: 1. Keep three or four radiators on when you leave the house. This will keep the house warm during the departure. 2. As heat always accumulates above, it is recommended that the doors of the bedrooms remain open, so the heat is better used. 3. If you need to use a glass-ceramic stove and oven, turn off two radiators, thus preventing the electricity from cutting off the digital light meter. 4. IMPORTANT: If we leave more electrical elements connected when leaving the house, we run the risk of the meter disconnecting and not working properly, so all electrical elements will stop working. With these little instructions your stay in our house will be very comfortable.
