just off N7 motorway,close to 9 major business pks.well connected with 3 bus routes all stop outside the house.2 go to city and onto to tallaght hospital.luas red line is a short walk.we are between saggart and rathcool villages with many amenities, restaurants,bars ,shops gyms, supermarket etc. Getting here; - Dublin Coach to Red Cow station then Luas or taxi to Saggart. - Luas red line from City to Saggart. - Route 69 bus from City Center stops outside. - Taxi from airport. The space We are a mature household with no children it is a very quiet relaxed environment perfect for resting and switching off after a busy day or for studing.This is a lovely quiet part of Dublin with a beautifully kept park beside us, perfect for a nice walk and the fabulous Avoca is a very pleasant café and shop it visit for a treat that I'm sure you will enjoy.
