The space The B&B space is in a separate wing of the home with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, one double and the other twin, both opening onto a large covered deck with outdoor furniture, BBQ and river views .It has a lovely bathroom with a large bath and separate shower. The toilet is separate. Laundry and kitchenette has a washing machine, drier, fridge, microwave, bench top oven with hobs, jug, toaster and supplied with basics, coffee/tea/milk. No separate lounge area just covered and screened deck area with furniture, heating, lighting and bbq. Free unlimited wifi and use of kayaks, bikes, boogie boards and kids toys. Guest access Guests have their own access to the whole separate self contained wing, parking area, their own covered and screened deck with heater, lights and bbq, overlooking the river, garden and bush, and walkway along the river and estuary .
