Natural Glamping in a Vintage American Caravan

The Caravan is set on the edge of the Village, a 10 min walk to the Centre, in a calm and shady area, 50 metres away from the River (a nice place for a swim). Ideal for up to 4 guests with space to feel at one with nature. For that special experience in a unique setting, we have kept everything original whilst providing as much comfort as possible. The price is based on 2 Adults, with up to 2 children free. For a single guest (no Children), please enquire for a 'Discount' before booking. The space The Caravan. Our 1956, Silver Streak Clipper is in exceptional original condition and is located on a quiet, private and shady Terrace on the edge of the Village. It has its own access and off road parking, and is fully equipped with 2 Single Beds (which can convert to a king sized double) , an extra long Double Bed, a Kitchen with full sized Cooker, Fridge, twin Sinks and an Extractor Fan. The Bathroom has a Sink and Toilet. The Bedroom with 2 Single Beds can be separated by a folding Door. There is plenty of Storage Space throughout the Caravan. Along the side of the Caravan is a large covered Deck Area with Table and Chairs. There is also a 10m2 Services Chalet which houses a Kitchenette with a small hob, Fridge, Oven etc., a second Toilet, a Shower and a 'Breakfast Corner' with a Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. All Pots, Pans, Plates, Cutlery and Glasses etc are provided, as well as a BBQ and Ping Pong Table. A reasonable fast free WiFi / Ethernet Internet Connection is also available and all Bed Linen, Towels etc. are included in the Price. (It would be possible to securely store Bicycles in the services Chalet if required.) There is running hot and cold Water in both the Caravan and the Chalet. (please note the water is drained from the Caravan in Winter) Both the Caravan and Chalet can be comfortably Heated for visits during the cooler seasons of the year and is included in the price. Tariff: 55€ per night for 1 person. (Please cntact us before booking so we can offer you this price) 75€ for 2 Adults, with 2 children included free. Please note: Up to 2 'Extra Adult Guests' are 10€ a night each. (4 guests max) If you are 2 adults staying with up to 2 Children, please just book 2 adults, and inform us how many children will be coming, so we can prepare the space accordingly. These prices are based on a minimum 2 night stay. Please note we CANNOT accept pets. Guest access The Caravan has both 110 volt and 240 volt electrical systems and there is free Wifi and an Ethernet internet connection available. The nearest Supermarket is 10 mins drive and the weekly Sunday Market in Esperaza is just 15 mins by Car. We live just next door so are on hand to help you if required. We have many years of knowledge about the region and will be able to provide advice on places to visit and things to do if you so wish. Rennes les Bains has a Bar and 3 Restaurants, a Shop/Bakery (opens 8h30) and Post Office and being a (Roman) Thermal Spa, there is a naturally heated Swimming Pool (limited access) with Hammam, Jacuzzi and the possibility of Massages etc. Other things to note Please note: the Tax de Sejour is included in the price There is a strict NO SMOKING rule inside all the spaces. We speak English French and German and have an understanding of Italian. Please note: In the Winter (1st November - 28th. February) the water is drained from the Caravan to protect the water systems from frost. All facilites are however connected in the Chalet.
