Small house in central Norrköping

A guest house of 27 m2 near the city, Himmelstalund/(sports camp) and 25 minutes to Kolmården. There is a 120 bed, a sofa bed and a kitchenette (portable stove top) table and chairs for three as well as a new and fresh bathroom with shower. On the plot, there is a trampoline to borrow to any children. Play park 50 meters from the house as well as 15 minutes prom to the city center. 10 minutes from the central station as well as beautiful Folkparken. The area is k-marked and the houses are close to each other, our entrance is right next door and we share the property. The space Access to the plot. 3 minutes to Coop, playground and Folkparken next door, 10 minutes to the central station, walking/bicycle distance to Himmelstalund, 25 minutes to Kolmården Zoo. Guest access Ok to borrow our washing machine for long-term stays. Other things to note The houses are close, we will share the plot and patio. Cats and dogs may be present on the property. Consumables included - soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, etc. Towels and bed linens are not included. Please bring your own or rent for 120 SEK/set. Cleaning is expected by guest before check-out.
