My property is comfortable, warm and clean. It offers a 'home from home' appeal. I live in the property together with my little dog ',Jaffa' and cat 'Sammy', therefore you will see personal items everywhere. The space I have pleasure in offering you a four bed roomed family home on the borders of rural Shropshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The nearest towns are Ludlow - 5 miles away and Tenbury Wells - 2 miles away. There is a cosy lounge/dining room with a central woodburning fireplace and wonderful oak flooring. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a fridge freezer with water cooler/ ice maker, a fan assisted electric oven and separate microwave. You can dine at the breakfast bar or eat in the dining room. There is also a large utility room and a small shower room with toilet. The living room has a corner leather sofa with 2 reclining seats. A wall mounted Sky TV (basic package) with ..." screen. Upstairs we have 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom . There is a brand new bathroom with shower enclosure, towel rail and toilet. There is a separate w.c. also Outside there is a 14ft trampoline in the large, private garden which is surrounded by fields of barley ( in the summer) with rolling hills just a stones throw away. Clee Hill is an approx. distance of 7 miles and the beautiful hills at Church Stretton about a 40 minutes drive away. Ludlow has so much to offer with lots of excellent places to eat, a variety of individual shops selling fresh produce made locally, there is plenty of walking too in Mortimer forest. Visit Ludlow's historic castle, it's magnificent church or spend an afternoon down by the river splashing in the River Teme. Ludlow has its own race course and there are two golf courses There is a railway station should you fancy a trip further afield by train. Tenbury Wells offers a good variety of smaller shops, pubs and cafes together with its famous Art Deco cinema called The Regal. Guest access Guests are free to use the kitchen for any meals they wish to make. I have a large fridge freezer which can be used. In addition you are welcome to use the lounge/ dining room and if your visit is in the autumn or winter the wood burner will be lit. The garden is open for you to use including the trampoline - please be careful. During your stay I will always try to meet you when you arrive and leave. During your stay I will be available in person or by phone depending upon what I am doing. I am in most early evenings to cook a meal. I go out 2 or 3 times a week so you may have the full use of the lounge etc
