Rental unit in Moniga del Garda

Cosy and spacious 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms ground floor family apartment situated in a peaceful part of Moniga, 5 min drive to the lake and Garda golf club, 30 min drive to many Lake Garda attractions. There is a private entrance to the flat. I will meet guests on the check in and will be around to answer any questions. If I m not around my husband will be. Guests will have access to the whole flat and also to the garden with a swimming pool and summer kitchen. The space Around 100 sq meters apartment, 3 bedrooms - 2 kings size and 1 single with bunk bed, 2 full bathrooms, 1 with shower, 1 with bath and shower over the bath 1500 sq meters garden, swimming pool, badminton, ping pong table, BBQ, 2 swings for children, slide to the pool (only for kids up to 45kg) Guest access Guests will be able to use the ground floor flat, all 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms. They will be able to access upstairs terrace, garden and a swimming pool. Please bring your own beach / pool towel. Bathrooms towels are not allowed outside of the house . Visitors are not allowed at the property. Other things to note From 1st April to 31st October the payment of the tourist tax is required and mandatory. It's 1.50 euro for each guest for each night of their stay. The fee will be paid by the guest at the check in and is not included in the booking. Children below 15 (included) are excluded from the tax.
