The space The apartment in the seaside resort of Sellin offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. It is located in the best location in Seepark Sellin, which with its spa architecture gives you an insight into the history of the seaside resort right upon arrival. The open kitchen with adjoining dining area and living room is located on almost 50 square meters, so you can spend your vacation time together without spatial separation. Floor-to-ceiling windows all around provide plenty of daylight and the covered, spacious balcony offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh sea air. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower enclosure and a window. The shelf has enough space for utensils. The hallway is equipped with a wardrobe and another cabinet. The spring core couch in the living room provides 2 more sleeping places. Especially in the high season, the bathing resorts are very busy and parking spaces are scarce. With your own underground parking space, you can enjoy your vacation without the hassle of finding a parking space. Spend unforgettable days on Rügen with the whole family and your family dog is also welcome with us! Vacation apartment on the 2nd floor The apartment is the ideal base for various activities. In the Seepark itself there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, a supermarket, an 18-hole mini golf course, a bicycle rental and a children's playground on the beautiful Seepark promenade. Another highlight is the leisure pool "Ahoi! RÜGEN," which also tempts you to relax in bad weather and is an absolute must for the kids. The adventure pool is just a few meters from the apartment and within walking distance. In the winter months from December to February, the 550 m² ice rink right next to the island paradise invites you to have fun for all ages. The Seepark promenade leads directly to Wilhelmstrasse, the magnificent Sellin boulevard, which invites you to stroll with numerous shops and restaurants and leads directly to the impressive pier and the fine sandy beach. It is about 900 meters from the apartment. Even closer is the approx. 900-meter-long south beach, a fine sandy bathing bay, which can be reached via a steep road (Weißer Steg) in approx. 700 meters from the apartment. If you can't walk the steep path so well, just take the beach shuttle (limited seasonal times) directly to the beach. Above the beach are restaurants and kiosks, among other things. If you love long walks on the beach, this is the place to be. You can easily reach the towns of Baabe and Göhren via the beach. Dog beaches are located both on the Baltic Sea beach (left of the pier) and on the south beach. Remember the following items for your vacation! • Hand soap • Hand sanitizer/spray • FACE MASK Specific hygiene and conduct rules The information regarding hand hygiene (regular and thorough washing of hands with soap for at least 20 seconds), coughing and sneezing etiquette (coughing and sneezing in the crook of the elbow) and maintaining a minimum distance of 1.5 meters. o In addition, a face mask should be worn in all common areas, especially if the minimum distance cannot be maintained o Please note that these regulations can lead to a restriction of the offer or even closure (e.g. in the case of shared barbecue or playgrounds, sauna and fitness rooms)! Your arrival: o Please enter the arrival office only individually o In addition to the data on the registration form, current contact data (e.g. telephone number and email address) must be provided to facilitate contact tracing in the event of an infection (see Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Ordinance) General information on hygiene tips and coronavirus symptoms can be found on the following pages Please note that this is a vacation apartment and utensils for cleaning and towels as well as spices or the like must all be brought along.
