This charming studio is designed for DIY tourist. It is located in a quiet and central area between Bologna Central Station (10 min walk) and Piazza Maggiore (10 min). Also, it is located in the canal area (aka Little Venice), one of the most beautiful areas of the city! It is ideal for a single person, a couple or friends who want to visit the historical gems of the city or take part in one of the many events. The space The accommodation was renovated and furnished in January 2019. It is modern and comfortable equipped with all comforts and located in a quiet area since it's within the controlled traffic zone (ZTL) of Bologna. The building overlooks the canal of the Moline, one of the medieval canals that was once the engine for the economy of the city. The studio consists of: a living room with a 40-inch LED TV, two single beds that can be joined and become a double bed, dining table, and an equipped kitchenette that includes: microwave oven with a grill, induction plate, fridge with a freezer, kettle, moka and all utensils to prepare meals and products for cooking like sugar, salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee. The space is annexed by an anteroom and bathroom which is equipped with a large shower, a radiator and a hairdryer. The furnishings have been choosen with care and the furniture is new and modern in style. Other included amenities are: free Wifi, bed sheets, towels and hand towels, personal hygiene products like soap, shower gel and shampoo. The window has a mosquito net installed. Guest access The entire accommodation is available to guests. Other things to note The accommodation is located on the third floor without a lift.
