This is one of our apartment hotels opened in 2019 in Shinjuku. The nearest station is Shinjuku-Gyoemmae Station, a 5-minute walk. There are many great restaurants nearby, including the Michelin-starred ramen SOBAHOUSE Konjiki Hototogisu. This apartment with elevator, located on the 6th floor, offers a spacious 38m² of living space. It has a kitchenette, two tatami bedrooms, and a separate bathroom and toilet. And a bathtub! Our facility has only six apartments in total. We also operate other apartment hotels in the Asakusa and Ueno areas. Facility Information 1. Self check-in: There is no front desk at this property (housekeepers are on site). Room keys will be prepared and placed inside the room. 2. Housekeeping: on a daily basis. (Includes trash collection, bed-making, and towel exchange.) 3. Linen change: Bed linens are replaced for stays of 4 nights or longer. 4. Laundry room: Located on the 6th floor. One washing machine: coin-operated (JPY 400 per load, detergent dispensed automatically) One dryer: free of charge 5. Entrance: The entrance door remains unlocked at all times. 6. Non-smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility. A smoking area is available on the basement floor. Support Information Online support: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM Late-night support: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (available 6 days per week) You may store your luggage in the storage area on the ground floor on the day of check-in and checkout.
