Private vacation home in Oberterzen

The house is not on the street. To find it, please follow my instructions exactly. You can't get to the house directly by car. A garage nearby belongs to the house. You can also reach the house by public transport. Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Near the house, there are hiking trails. Additional fees if you use more than: -1 garbage bag for 3 nights -2 garbage bags for 4-7 nights -3 garbage bags for 8-10 nights -4 garbage bags for 11-15 nights CHF 2.00 per bag The space There is a garden around the house. There is a barbecue area in the garden and direct access to a stream. At the stream there is a stone table where 4 people can sit. From the balcony you have a view over almost the entire Wallensee and the opposite mountains. In the house there is a fireplace, which can be used. 8 beds are available. The house is intended for independent vacations, NOT a hotel business. A washing machine and dryer are available if you want to wash the bath towels and bed linens. Other things to note The house is between 5-10 minutes by car from the mountain gondola lift. A large parking lot is a 2-minute walk from the mountain railway. Once you are on the mountain, you can quickly get from ski lift to the ski lift. Flumserberg has three sides with ski slopes. So big enough to power out a bit, but not too big to get lost. For experienced skiers, there is the possibility to drive directly from the hill at the vacation home to the parking lot of the mountain railway. And then at the end of the day you can drive back from the mountain to the house on the off-road slope.
