Our twin villa, whose construction was completed in 2019, offers the opportunity to live in a duplex villa with a garden in the city with its central location. The living room terraces and pools of both houses are on opposite sides and do not disturb each other. Family use is preferred. The space Çeşme is within walking distance to the marina, bazaar, shopping mall and bus station. It is 50 meters from Carrefoursa. Our house is a unit of a twin villa. It has a separate entrance, its own garden and pool. On the ground floor, there is a living room, open kitchen, single bedroom and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a shared bathroom. One of the rooms has a double bed, two have 2 single beds. All rooms have a balcony. Guest access Our house is one unit of a twin villa. The entrance is arranged separately. The entire house, with its own garden and pool, is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. There are smoke detectors in the living room, hallways and all rooms. Families are preferred due to complaints about music and noise, especially at late hours, regarding bachelor groups. It is our priority to accommodate without disturbing the environment. A non-damage deposit equal to the cost of one night's accommodation is collected in TL or foreign currency and is refunded upon a check-out without any problems. Our guests are personally greeted by our assistant staff or by us when they enter the house, the house is introduced, and the house is delivered in a solid and clean condition. When checking out, the necessary checks are made in the same way by communicating one day in advance, the house is handed over in a proper condition and our guests are sent off on their journey. Turning off electrical appliances when you are not at home during your stay is something we should do not only to save energy, but also for a cleaner and greener world in terms of sustainability. We should also separate our garbage and throw it in the nearest garbage container outside the building, we should not keep garbage in the house or garden, garbage collection service is not provided from the houses.
