The Montecristo House Apartment

Located in the heart of the historic center of Piombino, 50 meters from the sea and the first usable cove as well as the famous Piazza Bovio, it offers an enchanting glimpse of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the island of Montecristo and the island of Elba, this characteristic and refined apartment just inaugurated after a complex conservative restoration, boasts fine finishes such as exposed beams and stone walls, equipped with every comfort, such as air-conditioned rooms and Wi-Fi Internet. The space The apartment is spread over an area of 60 sqm, offering a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a comfortable living room with kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower. An additional single bed and a baby bed are available if needed. All rooms are individually air-conditioned and scented with the exclusive fragrances of the Tuscan Sea. Guest access The apartment is located in a pedestrian area of the historic center, within walking distance of all the city's amenities. Free parking is located nearby at about 100 meters, and yet access to the ZTL area is allowed for loading and unloading luggage upon activation of a pass issued by the Municipal Police, simply by providing the license plate number of the car, which will be active on the day of arrival and departure of guests (obviously the burden of the service is at my expense).
