This offer for monthly rental with extra surcharge as follow; - Included on the first month room cleaning and linen changing of 4 times per month, for longer staying will be charged on the 2nd months onward at THB600.- per month. for room and linen changing of 4 time per month. - An extra room cleaning and linen changing service is available at extra cost THB350.- per time. please just advise our service team if the service is required. Kindly note No Durian and Mangosteen in the bed room. We would like to inform you that Check in after 22.00 Hrs. will be surcharged at THB100.- which is payable upon check in. Smoking is allowed in the room balcony only, and a THB2,000.- will be fine for smoking in bedroom. We require a Security Cash Deposit is required upon check in at THB1,000.- per room per stay and refundable on check out if without any damage and we will deduct to all expense and service of end of month only.
