Guest access The neighborhood includes several lake homes, each with their own driveway/parking areas. The driveway/parking for The Cale House is located in the front of the patio area. There is ample room for multiple fishing boats and trucks to park in a safe and security camera monitored area. There is a shared boat launch ramp used by residents and guests. Other things to note The house listing shows 3/4 bedrooms (its actually 4-5 sleeping spaces). The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs. It also has a beautiful window-laden sleeping porch with 2 twin beds and incredible lake view. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a "kids cave" room downstairs off of the entertainment garage area with a portable twin cot. 2 bathrooms upstairs. No bathroom downstairs.
