Please note, although the apartment is located on a BASEMENT FLOOR it is naturally very cool, bright and quiet, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING but it is equipped with fans and all the comforts to make the stay very pleasant at a very low cost for a city like Rome and in such a central neighborhood. San Pietro and the Vatican Museums can be reached with a short 15-20 minute walk as well as the Olympic Stadium, Tennis Stadium, Auditorium, etc., and is perfectly connected by public transport (metro, bus) to the rest of the city, full of restaurants, pubs, clubs and shops suitable for all preferences while still maintaining a rich but very quiet nightlife atmosphere. National Identification Code (CIN) IT058091C2ENZ5WKIU Guest access The accommodation "A Casa di Antonella" is a comfortable and cozy apartment in the heart of Rome of about 70 square meters, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, a small living room with smart TV and a sofa where you can get as needed and on request 1 additional single bed, it is noted that although maintaining a good livability the additional single place obviously restricts the space available in the living room/kitchen (see photo); a comfortable kitchenette equipped with an induction plate, microwave oven, induction coffee maker and refrigerator, equipped with table and chairs for meals. Comfortable bathroom with shower and hairdryer (small additional note, please note that for better management of spaces there is NO bidet). Equipped with bedding and towels (2 towels per guest), some disposable and single-dose soap. Ironing board and iron. Clothesline and clothespins to be used in the condominium courtyard outside the house. The WASHING MACHINE IS NOT AVAILABLE but there is a cheap and convenient coin laundry just around the corner. ON REQUEST, a portable baby crib and a high chair for feeding are also available as a new, completely FREE service for families, but they must be specifically requested in the chat after booking.
