The Rock House 2 is located only 10 minutes away from the airport and situated in a calm area with close proximity to all amenities. Pubic transport is readily available in 5 minutes walk. Local train station is less than a mile away. we are at katunayake , Seeduwa not in Negambo. we do serve Breakfast , Please read other things to note. House itself is very spacious giving guests ample of privacy. We are not in Negambo, we are very close to the airport at Seeduwa, Katunayake. Airbnb not allowed me to change the location. Please ask me or google "The Rock House, Seeduwa " before you come. Guests are allowed to use all the facilities. Guests will have whole 1st floor for themselves which consist a large balcony with tropical view. Guests are welcome to use kitchen facilities. I am more than happy to advise on local attractions and places to see. I can provide transport at a very reasonable rates to places of interest and assist with tour plans and itineraries. Situated in close proximity to the airport yet in very secluded green area away from hustle and bustle of the city. Public transport is only few minutes away. Major hotels such as Airport Garden Hotel, Airport Villa and Airport Green Hotel are all close to the location. Katunayake Airport is only 4.7Km away from the property, less than 10 minutes on a taxi ride and costs about 650 LKR. Katunayake Railway Station is only 2.6 km. Negombo Lagoon area where many local attractions are only 3km away. Negombo Railway Station, where you can get to other main cities is 8.6 km away. The main beach with pubs and restaurants are located in Negombo Beach Park which is 15 minutes drive. We do serve Breakfast !!!! It's not added to Amenities because, then the price is high. According to current prices (cost of living) are 30% increased. we can serve Breakfast for extra price. If you want to have local Breakfast please order in advance please. Other meals (i.e Dinner) can be supplied at your request.
