The space Positioned on the ground floor of a newly refurbished home, the apartment is fully self contained with a large bedroom containing a queen size bed and study desk. A lounge/kitchen has comfy couches, a TV, sunlit bay window and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso pod coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower over a bath and laundry facilities. The house was built circa 1840 using convict made bricks and sandstone. It is listed on the Tasmanian Heritage Register. There is a free dedicated off street parking space for the apartment. Guest access An access code will be provided in to the communal areas where a key safe is located with the keys to the apartment allowing for 24 hour check-in. Travellers will have sole use of the entire apartment. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted inside the building. A fold up bed or travel cot is available on request.
