3 double rooms all ensuite offering a peaceful stay located at the gate way to the ribble valley and Pendle hill. All rooms come with bedding, towels and wifi. A forth room can be made available with a bunk beds and bathroom for an additional fee. Please tell me a little bit of information about the reason for your visit so I can make your stay as good as possible There is plenty of free street parking. We love dogs but we have to do extra cleaning after dogs so we charge £25 per dog (no cats) The space When a booking for 6 or less is made then it will be 3 double rooms all En suite showers. One is ground floor. If you book for 7 or more then the bunk room bedroom with bath will be unlocked included in price. If you would like to swap a double for the bunk bed room let me know. There is a small garden at the front. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Guest access We have a small front garden Other things to note Bookings permitting we can sometimes accommodate late check outs or early check ins (£20 fee) the forth bedroom can be unlocked for £10 per night it is a bunk bed with bath. There is a £25 per stay per dog cleaning fee.
