Nestled in the heart of medieval Verona, a short walk from the Arena and Juliet's House, in a central and extremely quiet location, “San Filippo Suite” welcomes you. This delightful suite, finely renovated and furnished, equipped with free Wi-Fi, offers guests the opportunity to savor a stay where the pleasure of walks, between history and shopping, is combined in perfect harmony with the desire for relaxation. The space The Suite is on the second floor of a small and ancient building, completely renovated and furnished, and was inaugurated in January 2019. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people; it consists of an entrance, bedroom with double bed (the sofa bed is to be considered a single courtesy bed, measuring 80x190, added only upon request for the third guest), PC workstation, bathroom with shower and bidet, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The Suite, for your complete and exclusive use, is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning in the summer. There is a free 100 MEGA FIBER WI-FI connection, and the Municipality of Verona's free WI-FI connection is also available. Excellent solution for families and couples. In this regard, it is possible to request a room with a connecting bathroom, with the possibility of an independent entrance. We want to emphasize that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, especially frequently used ones (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes) before you check in. Below you will find the rules to be observed in the house with the hope that you can enjoy a wonderful stay. • Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For after-hours check-in, there is maximum availability and flexibility, but we ask that you give us timely notice by agreeing on the arrival time. Upon arrival, valid identity documents of all guests must be submitted for the registrations required by current legislation. • Check-out: The Suite must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning. Again, we like to be flexible if possible. • Smoking is not allowed. • No parties or events or anything that may disturb the neighbors. • The municipality of Verona asks owners to collect the tourist tax of €2.50/person/day up to a maximum of 5 nights. • No more guests than those listed are allowed. • Pets are not allowed. • Minimum stay 2 nights. • This is a tourist rental, the period of stay cannot exceed 30 days. The new amount will increase to €3.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 4 nights per month. The reduced rate of €2.80 is provided for young people aged between 15 and 25 years and for guests aged > 70 years. The apartment is in a traffic-restricted zone (ZTL) and access to cars is not allowed. All tourist attractions are extremely close and reachable with undemanding walks. The car can be parked in the streets adjacent to the apartment, only during the hours when it is allowed, at the hourly cost of €2.00. For extended parking, I recommend the Park “Centro” Verona (Via Campo Marzo – Tel. 045/2320025), easily accessible on foot at an hourly cost of €1.00, daily of €10.00.
