Townhouse in Unterseen

The room is situated in a quiet place and centraly located. Shopping center and train station are in walking distance. The room is located on 2nd floor and has it's own bathroom and has a small balcony with view on the mountains. The space The appartement is located in Unterseen next to Interlaken in a quiet place without traffic. Shopingcenter and trainstation (Interlaken West) can be reached in 8-10 minutes walking. Parking lot in the garage is CHF 10 per day. Guest access There is one bedroom on 2nd floor with a seperat bathroom. The whole 2nd floor is only for my guets; I'm using ground floor and 1st floor. There is no private entrence to the 2nd floor (via groundfloor and 1st floor). On 2nd floor is no kitchen, so you can't cook your own meals. It has a small fridge, a watercooker and a microwave. During your stay When ever I'm at home I like to give advices where to go and what to do in Interlaken. Information Directives of the Economic, Energy and Environmental Directorate concerning guest control 1) The following information must be collected from overnight guests: - Name and first name according to identification document, - gender, - residential address, - nationality, - Identity document for foreign persons, - Name of the accommodation establishment, - date of arrival and departure. 2. if more than one person is traveling together, this information from one person with a note of the number of accompanying persons is sufficient. 3) For travel groups, a list of participants is sufficient. 4. the SHV registration forms or other equivalent recording methods can be used for the control. If the information is recorded electronically, it must be ensured that the information can be retrieved at any time. 5. 5. after the expiry of the five-year retention period, the data must be destroyed.
