A comfy 350 sq. ft. tiny home nestled behind the main house (a cozy place that can sleep 4-8 people.) -7 beds : 1 queen and 6 bunks -Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+. -Only 10 mins from downtown and 15 mins from the airport. -This centrally located rental is near everything! -Golf course across the street as well as the Reid Park Zoo! -Two parking spots in driveway -Screened in porch with propane fire pit to stay warm in the winter. -Brand new AC and heater -Kitchen fully stocked The space Our family lived on a commercial fishing boat in Alaska for a year we decided to transform this guest house to creatively and functionally host 6 adults or a family up to 8. The bunk room is built with children in mind, but would also be great for adults who don’t mind sharing close quarters! Perfect for travelers who want to be on the go! Beautiful custom, hand built beds with memory foam mattresses and a pillow top on the queen. A 55 inch smart TV to relax either sitting on the couch or in bed. Read a book or play a game with the kids. Dining table can unfold to seat 8 with full sets of dishes and other kitchen necessities. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal except the food. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. Every surface is wiped and sanitized between each guest for an awesome experience. We would love to host you! Guest access Guest will have access to their screened in patio with a BBQ pit for grilling! Other things to note The queen bed is a manual Murphy bed meaning that 1 adult or 2 adults preferably would be needed to lift it up and down. Complete with a down mattress topper for amazing sleep! Single beds are a bit smaller than a twin and would be most comfortable for kids, teens, or small to midsized adults. Memory foam beds are super comfy!
