Studio at a beautiful location with flair and char

My accommodation is close to public transport (3min to the bus) and ski/hiking area. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac at around 900 meters above sea level. You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets) The space The studio has a separate entrance and a floor space of about 25sqm add a small hallway 2.3qm and a bathroom with about 8qm. On nice days our guests can enjoy the wonderful view over the Rhine valley from the shared small garden with terrace. The studio itself has a view of the mountain side with the morning sun. In the studio is a kitchen integrated with stove and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils. Furthermore, there is a toaster a water cooker and also a coffee machine which works with capsules. Coffee capsules, various teas as well as milk and sugar are available free of charge. The property is located in a quiet side street with perfect access to public transport (about 3min to the bus). Triesenberg is one of the oldest communities in Liechtenstein and one of the Walser. For hikers here a lot is offered as the Legend Trail and hiking in Malbun to Austria. Winter sports fan also come at their expense in Malbun (approx 10min bus ride) there mehere lifts and runs an ice rink, and children's own little empire with lift and descent. In Malbun, there are also several restaurants, bars and an ATM. In the district web there is a cross country trail as well as a 1.5 km long natural toboggan run. In the summer time also Paragleiting flights from nearby Gaflei made available. In summer and winter the restaurant Sarais is highly recommended, it is at 1600m and can be reached by chairlift. Even mountain bikers will get their costs, there are all good ways to go to its limits, the routes are well signposted incl. Km and time specified. Guest access If necessary, our terrace with a breathtaking view over the Rhine valley can be used gladly and the stone grill invites to the barbecue so one can enjoy the view with a nice piece of grilled and a cooling drink Other things to note The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and oven as well as toaster water cooker and coffee machine which is operated with capsules. Coffee capsules and various teas are available free of charge. Towels, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
