My home is a two story townhouse duplex with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Through Airbnb, I offer two private bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Full kitchen and dinning area (no sharing) and laundry space that is share with my brother Ilbis that lives on the property. The house is conveniently located near 3 major highway: I-95, Turnpike, and Sawgrass Expressway, and is only a 5 minutes drive to the beach. The place is ideal for families up to 4, business traveler and more. The space My house is located in a small street, in which there are only three houses, my is the one with two floors. Each bedroom has a comfortable full-sized bed with twin trundle, ceiling fan, closets, keypad lock for your security, and TV with fire Stick and Roku. In the private bathrooms you will find shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, and towels for your convenience. Guest access Full kitchen is available for breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, and diner. Cooking utensils are included, such as pots and pans, plates, silverware, and cups, glass, Jar, rice cooker and more!!! You will have access to the front yard for an exquisite BBQ if you like! Washer and Dryer is located on the first floor, inside the garage. Please NO PARTIES!!! and follow the house rule, thank you and enjoy. During your stay I will give them space, but I will be available for any questions or needs. I am reachable 24/7 because I live next door. Other things to note Wifi code and keypad code will be provide them after booking. Self-check in is available and please park on the right side of 177 driveway.
