The private Villa Tibet has a dream sunset view over the Aegean sea. It stands on the hill up tho the windmils of Yalıkavak, near the richest village "Geris (pronounced as "Gerish"), near the Yalikavak Marina. The villa sits on a 800 sqm beautiful garden with olive, orange and mandarin trees and more. Bodrum's famous sweet mandarins can be tasted directly from the garden trees when available. This villa is max. for 7 guests and a child. The space Three climatised private bedrooms in upper floor; two with two single beds with sea and pool view and one with Queen size double bed with sea and pool view. All rooms have access to balcony or winter garden terrace. There are two bathrooms with WC, one in upper floor and the other in ground floor. There is an additional garden shower near the pool. In basement level with access from the garden, there is a sauna for two people and a WC. Two terraces; the one on the ground floor accessed from the house and from the pool area. The second is a roof veranda, accessed from the stairs of the upper floor. Both have stunning sea and mountain views of a sunset. The wintergarden accessed via two bedrooms converted from terrace on upper floor has slider windows partly with mosquito net. In the pool area there is a bar and an open dining table on banks for 4-6 people. Hot water is 100% provided via solar panels. The booster water tank will guarantee your water supply during a possible water shortage in the area. Additionally for winters, electric central heating and a nice fireplace which makes this beautiful villa a masterpiece on four seasons. At the entrance, there is a private parking lot with roof, suitable for 1 car. Round the street a second parking lot is available also for free. Access to the house from parking lot is eased for rolling luggages. Guest access The guests are allowed to use the whole place (around 800 sqm) including the private swimming pool (available from first of May to end of October), a garden with olive, orange, mandarin and granade apple trees as well as other tropical trees. Our host will assist you in check in and out, maintain the pool and the garden and for your possible extra needs.
