Large room in cozy apartment near the city center

Room for rent in a very pleasant and ideally located apartment: close to all amenities: trams A and D are a 5-minute walk away (Schlutfeld and Etoile Polygone stops), free parking nearby (Bagersee), Flixbus station less than a 10-minute walk away, restaurants, a 10-minute walk from the cathedral, a movie theater and a large shopping center. I make my bedroom available and sleep in the living room during your stay. The bathroom and kitchen will therefore be shared only with me. The space The atmosphere is warm and cozy. I do my best to make you feel good there. Guest access When you rent the room, I'll leave you my room and sleep in the living room. We share the common rooms (bathroom and possibly kitchen and balcony) as in the context of a shared apartment. Everyone cleans up after themselves!
