Charming warm self contained guest-suite

We have a warm and inviting guest suite under our home with its own private access. Renovated with carpet, heat pump/aircon and insulation has made this space the best in our house! A large room has the queen bed and TV with the day bed, then the smaller front room has the kitchenette and bathroom facilities. We have very easy access to the major arterial routes. Open to pets by negotiation, please ask us first as we have other animals on the property and it may not be suitable. The space The suite includes a spacious main room with a queen bed, a single daybed, and a TV. The adjacent smaller room houses the kitchenette and bathroom. Please note that the kitchen facilities are basic, including a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and cutlery. However, there are plenty of nearby eateries for dining options. One charming feature of the suite is the hallway, which retains its original wallpaper from the 1960s or 70s—a nostalgic touch we couldn’t part with. We share the property with our Australian Shepherd, Louis, and five free-ranging chickens. Due to the chickens' free-roaming nature, we carefully consider hosting dogs, so please discuss this with us beforehand. An additional fee applies for hosting dogs. Guest access You’ll have your own private entrance to the suite through the French doors. One designated parking spot is available right outside the unit. We also offer EV charging for our guests, either via a conveniently located wall socket or, if available, our 16-amp caravan-style plug. Other things to note We have great knowledge of the Tauranga region, with a range of interests outdoors. Happy to take guests Mountain biking in the local trails .
