Completed in 2014, loft-like attic apartment in the heart of Franconian Tuscany, not far from the unique world heritage city of Bamberg, at the foot of Franconian Switzerland. Welcome! The space Our apartment has a separate entrance and covers 72 square meters. It is suitable for an occupancy of up to 4 people. In addition to the 72 sqm of living space, there is a large terrace facing south-east (about 10 sqm), which offers a magnificent view of the Ellertal and invites you for breakfast in the morning sun. Towards the west there is a small balcony from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset. On the terrace there are loungers, chairs and a table access. All the equipment is new and very modern: in the kitchen there is a fitted kitchen with stove/ oven, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. All necessary kitchen essentials (coffee maker, kettle, crockery, etc.) are of course provided. The bedroom has been equipped with a boxspring bed for optimal sleeping comfort. In addition, there is a room adjoining by a sliding door (children's room or relaxation room) with a comfortable sofa bed for further adults or children. We are also happy to provide an infant bed upon request. An integrated wardrobe offers sufficient storage space. ------------ THE SURROUNDINGS ARE located in the middle of the beautiful Ellertal, the surroundings are also referred to as "Franconian Tuscany" because of its gentle hilly landscape, natural beauties, and cultural riches. Just outside our front door, you can explore a lot in this beautiful setting: Hike/ Walk on one of the many excellent hiking trails, walk along well-known artists/ sculpture trails, indulge in Seehof Castle in Memmelsdorf, or discover early-time hill graves or the stone-age Jungfernhöhle Tiefenellern. Rustic taverns and breweries/beer gardens and interesting cultural events complete the offer around Litzendorf. But not only the immediate environment is worth exploring. East of Litzendorf is only a few kilometers away, Bamberg, awarded by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The 1,000-year-old Imperial and Bischofsstadt has the largest intact historic city center of Germany.
