Vacation home "Appelbloesem", has recently been renovated, and with new decor. It has a sunny terrace. The location is quiet (not on the road) yet close to the center! Optimally suitable for 2 guests , on a floor area of 85m ². Unfortunately, no children are allowed. Front terrace with picnic table and lounge furniture furniture. Behind the house is also a terrace, for more morning sun! The space The living space downstairs consists of a sitting area with a comfortable corner couch, and large TV. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Gas hob, fridge. Next to it is the dining area, round table and 4 chairs. The top floor is accessed by one flight of stairs. There is a nicely decorated bedroom, with a large, comfortable double bed (also two single beds to be made of) on the landing are 2 wardrobes and a sink. In the room a large digital cable TV with many foreign and all Ziggo sports channels. The bathroom has a thermostat walk-in shower, and toilet. There is a washing machine. Recently, an air conditioning system has been placed for the much-needed cooling if the temperatures get (too) high. Guest access The upper floor is accessed by stairs. There are 2 nicely decorated bedrooms, also suitable for 2 people who like to sleep separately. The master bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed (also two single beds to make) and on the landing there is plenty of space for your luggage and there is a toilet. Other things to note Parking is free in the street, we have to report your license plate digitally. It is no longer necessary to place a parking card in the car, the check goes to license plate number, which is therefore registered by us. Registration Details Exempt
