The space The first unit on site is a light & spacious walk-out basement apartment, tucked into the countryside, just 10 minutes from Oregon State University & Corvallis, 50 minutes from historic Newport coastal town, and near many local wineries. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 couches, and a pullout Ottoman that sleeps a single. 1500 sq ft. Beautiful, peaceful grounds, Trampoline, Large patio, washer/dryer & POOL TABLE! Room to sleep 7. The 2nd unit located 100ft away is a studio style loft ~ Can host 4, The Loft has an open floor plan, walk-in shower, window sitting area & luxury suite! King size luxury bed and Plush sleeper sofa. Cook up a romantic dinner or watch the game. Custom cabinets, handcrafted handrails & Oregon Maple slab designer table make The Loft as interesting to stay in as is the location. These are separate units, but only 100 ft away from each other, and easy to entertain all together in the larger unit, the apartment. Please call, or message for more info. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the Apt and Loft. They can use the large cement patio court, sit by the outdoor fire pit, or feel free to roam the property. Parking is provided in the guest details for each unit, with extra room for vehicles. All units have their own private entrance and locking doors. Units are 100 ft apart, across the cement court. Other things to note Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Enhance your stay today! Add an early check-in ($50), grab a late check-out ($50), bring a second pet ($ 60/IF APPLICABLE), grab a pack-n-play ($10), and/or have exclusive use of the backyard ($10/day IF APPLICABLE). Interested in hosting a gathering/event? Ask us! Pricing is dependent on total guest count. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month),Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we're not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. If you're interested in any of these please inquire to their availability and note a small rental fee to cover delivery, pickup, and cleaning after use will be charged.
